1. How to download IOS and Android applications?
To download the application, please go to your Operating System (OS) provider and search for Protect Your Assets and click download application.
2. How to reset the password if not able to log in?
Click on "Forgot Password" and enter your username, date of birth, email address, and the new password. Click on submit. The username, date of birth, and email address must match the user account.
3. How to create an account?
- Click on Create new account
- Fillout the following required
- Username
- First Name
- Last Name
- Height (Foot.Inches) Ex. 5.9.
- Weight (lbs) Ex. Pounds
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Password
- Upload Profile Picture Ex. Upload a photo of yourself.
- Please Select Role
- Please tell us about yourself
- Click on Terms & Conditions, read the terms, then click on the Agree with terms check box.
- After all required is filled and checked, click the Sign Up button.
4. How to deactivate/delete an account?
On the website:
- Please go to mypya.com/deactivate-account
- Fill in the following:
- Username
- Email Address
- Reason For Account Deletion
- Click on Delete All User Account Data. Note: If you want the data to be deleted.
On the Android and IOS Application:
- Log in to your account, click the Profile Tab.
- Click the plus icon below on the right-hand side.
- Scroll to the bottom and click on the check box to confirm to want to deactivate/delete your account.
- The Delete Account button will become active, and press the Delete Account button.
5. How to create a contract?
- Click on the Contracts Tab
- Click the plus icon below on the right-hand side.
- Input content already filled by your user account.
- Contract Title
- Username
- Full Name
- EmailAddress
- Phone Number
- Weight lbs
- Height
- Start Date
- End Date
- Please select and fill out:
- Specific Security Licensure Note: Select from Armed vs Unarmed.
- Specific Security Licensure Description Note: If armed, please add information.
- Bio Note: You can update your bio about yourself per contract.
- Click on Create Contract when complete.
6. How do I review my profile?
Click on the Profile Tab.
7. How do I update/delete my profile?
To Update Account:
- Scroll to the bottom and click on the check box to confirm to want to deactivate/delete your account.
- After add same or a new password, the Update Account button will become active.
- The Update Account button will become active, and press the Update Account button.
To Delete Account:
- Scroll to the bottom and click on the check box to confirm to want to deactivate/delete your account.
- The Delete Account button will become active, and press the Delete Account button.
8. If you enter the wrong date of birth for age verification in the application upon opening the application for the first time, what should you do?
Uninstall the application and or clear the cache in the phone/app settings and reopen the application. The application should now be reset.
9. How to use the Biometric and Face ID?
Activate
Enter in your username and password that click on the toggle Biometric and Face ID toggle to ON than press sign in to activate.
Deactivate
If Biometric and Face ID is activated to deactivate the Biometric and Face ID click on the toggle to OFF.
